This Week At Kutamo - April 13th

Apr 13, 2017     By Matthew Proctor

Welcome to the fifth This Week At Kutamo.

These posts are weekly(ish) updates on what we're doing, what changes we've made, and new features we've added during the week.

Kutamo is an ever-evolving meeting managment platform, and things change quite literally every day.

Week Ending April 7th 2017 - the one just before Easter...

This week has been a week of improvements and changes - next week we have a bunch of new features going live, so stay tuned!

New Shiny Things!

  • We've added support for a few new file formats - allowing you to share even more types of documents. The new formats include:
    • Dicom (DCM) - for medical imaging
    • TGA - Truevision files
    • PCX - Images from the '80s...
  • Creating a new meeting is now a lot simpler, and adding/removing members faster and more logical - we've rewritten this process based on user feedback.

Improvements

  • Private Notes, part of the meeting application, now include basic text formatting such as bold and italics to make it easier to structure your thoughts.
  • Our Agenda and Item editor, used when creating a meeting or editing a meeting, is now a lot easier to use. Mike even now thinks it makes sense.
