Welcome to the second This Week At Kutamo.

These posts are weekly(ish) updates on what we're doing, what changes we've made, and new features we've added during the week.

Kutamo is an ever-evolving meeting managment platform, and things change quite literally every day.

Week Ending March 17th 2017

New Features

  • We've added the ability for you to import a simple list of email address into a team - simplifying the process of creating meetings by having your various teams (such as sales, marketing, finance) all together.
  • Did you know that we're based in Australia? Whilst we dont have kangaroos on the team, we are in a different timezone, so sometimes we're not personally online. We've added a chat system to Kutamo so that you can reach out to us if you have any questions, and if we're not awake, it'll send us an email instead.
  • Ever had to reschedule a meeting in real life? We have, more often than we'd like! So we added a feature that lets you reschedule your meeting, and the system will let all your participants know!
  • You can also now create an outcome for your team members based on the results of a decision or poll! Imagine voting on a topic in a meeting, and then being able to assign that topic or activity to someone straight away.


  • You can now easily ammend your agenda items before a meeting using the dashboard.
  • We've tinkered a little with the outcome system inside meetings, and it's a lot faster and easier to use now!
